Art & Maker Studios on Blackwelder

This Development is located 3 blocks south of The Plaza District. It was once occupied by a neighborhood bodega and other retailers in the middle of the 1900s. The success of the Plaza Districts has made it hard for artists and makers to find affordable spaces to work from. Since these spaces are Live/Work it allows artists to combine overheard to make their craft more affordable. This project was finished in June of 2021 and all spaces were filled before construction was completed. This building offers a total of 5 live/work units on the 1st floor and 4 residential units on the 2nd floor. There is a parking lot in the back along with street parking. With the overwhelming interest we had in the live/work units we have another building planner directly to the east that will offer more live/work units. Coming early 2022
